table and listing outputs vary between pharmaceutical
companies. 'junco' provides additional tooling for use
alongside the 'rtables', 'rlistings' and 'tern' packages when
creating table and listing outputs. While motivated by the
specifics of Johnson and Johnson Clinical and Statistical
Programming's table and listing shells, 'junco' provides
functionality that is general and reusable. Major features
include a) alternative and extended statistical analyses beyond
what 'tern' supports for use in standard safety and efficacy
tables, b) a robust production-grade Rich Text Format (RTF) and
DOCX exporter for tables, listings and graphs, c) structural
support for spanning column headers and risk difference columns
in tables, and d) robust font-aware automatic column width
algorithms for both listings and tables.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/johnsonandjohnson/actions/runs/28232850078</link><pubDate>Fri, 26 Jun 2026 08:17:41 GMT</pubDate><r:package>junco</r:package><r:version>0.1.6</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://johnsonandjohnson.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/johnsonandjohnson/junco</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>ancova_combined.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>ancova_combined.html</r:filename><r:title>ANCOVA with Combined Treatment Groups</r:title><r:created>2026-05-11 14:47:43</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-11 14:47:43</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>auto_colwidths.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>auto_colwidths.html</r:filename><r:title>TrueType-Aware Automatic Column Widths</r:title><r:created>2025-06-30 18:44:05</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-11 14:47:43</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>standard_column_structures.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>standard_column_structures.html</r:filename><r:title>Standard Column Structures</r:title><r:created>2026-05-11 14:47:43</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-11 14:47:43</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>table_and_listing_customizations.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>table_and_listing_customizations.html</r:filename><r:title>Table &amp; Listing Customizations</r:title><r:created>2026-05-11 14:47:43</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-11 14:47:43</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>junco.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>junco.html</r:filename><r:title>Tabulation</r:title><r:created>2025-06-30 18:44:05</r:created><r:modified>2026-01-21 07:41:38</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[johnsonandjohnson] rAccess 0.1.1.3</title><author>peymaan.es@gmail.com (Peyman Eshghi)</author><description>Provides a flexible framework for implementing
hierarchical access control in 'shiny' applications. Features
include user permission management through a two-tier system of
access panels and units, pluggable 'shiny' module for
administrative interfaces, and support for multiple storage
backends (local, 'AWS S3', 'Posit Connect'). The system enables
fine-grained control over application features, with built-in
audit trails and user management capabilities. Integrates
seamlessly with 'Posit Connect's authentication system.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/johnsonandjohnson/actions/runs/26946501913</link><pubDate>Thu, 06 Nov 2025 01:44:25 GMT</pubDate><r:package>rAccess</r:package><r:version>0.1.1.3</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://johnsonandjohnson.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/johnsonandjohnson/raccess</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>Tutorial.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Tutorial.html</r:filename><r:title>Tutorial</r:title><r:created>2025-10-13 12:47:59</r:created><r:modified>2025-10-13 12:47:59</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
